Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective upon delivery. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.
When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure they are working.
In the event that you do receive a defective product, please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt for return authorization. You will be given detailed instructions for return.
Defective products must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Undeliverable & Refused Packages
Orders returned due to incorrect shipping address or refused delivery are subject to a 25% restock fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
